It was really good. Two packs or crackers was a little much for 4 chicken breasts. I added a little garlic salt. Next time I will try Garlic Ritz crackers.

Totally amazing. I had planned on taking pictures but the chicken was gone before I could! The whole family loved this recipe. The only thing I did a little different was I added some extra spices (garlic, paprika and onion salt) to the crumb mixture. Yummy stuff. Will definitely make again! ~(o.o)~

This is the second time I've made this. This time i made it with Italian seasoned bread crumbs assigns mixed the cheese in with them. It stick to the chicken alot better and tasted just as good. Will definitely need making this again! :-)

Made this today. Very good. Used chicken tenders. I forgot sour cream so I used the suggestion in the questions and used Mayo. We thought it was still good. Had steamed asparagus on side. Great!

I've made this twice now. Both times I substituted egg instead of dipping in milk. Also added two packets of Ranch seasoning to crackers and combined with the cheese. Best results were with died and cube boneless skinless breasts.

This is a great dish! Very easy! Unused three tablespoons of sour cream and I used low fat cream of chicken to reduce the salt. Great meal!!

Came out great. I did add one egg, and I still had a hard time getting everything else to stick so I just took what didn't stick and poured over top and covered then baked. Now the sauce I accidentally bought cream of onion soup and it was as if it was supposed to be in the sauce.

Good recipe, very tasty! the only reason i am giving it 3 stars is due to the dryness of the chicken, i know the sauce is supposed to help with that but to dry overall. Maybe i will try cooking the chicken at a lower temp next time? any suggestions?

Really easy and realllllly good. Chicken was moist and tender. Sauce was very rich but good I will definitely make this again. Will use parchment paper on baking sheet for an easier clean up.

i made this and it was great! I too had a hard time with getting the cheese to stick so next time I will just mix it with crumbs and add egg to milk. I changed it a little by adding crispy fried onions (like the ones you put in green bean casserole) into the crumbs. it turned out great.

I had a hard time getting the cheese to stick to the chicken so the second time I made this dish I just mixed the breadcrumbs and cheese together and then placed it over the chicken breast-much easier and coated it rather nicely. This is a great easy dish!

Next time I make this I am making some changes. I will only cook it about 25 minutes so the cheese doesn't burn. also... I added garlic salt to the cream of chicken mixture.. other than that it was good.

Love, love, love this recipe!!! My husband is very picky, and even he went back for seconds (and thirds). I added a little extra sour cream to the sauce. I also used buttermilk to coat the chicken in before adding the breading and cheese. It was yummy!!!! I did have a little trouble with the breading not sticking, but it didn't really bother me. I just put a little on top if it didn't all make it to the baking dish. All in all, it is a great recipe, and I will definitely be making it over and over for my family!!

This is a great recipe. The only thing I found hard was the cheese part. The cheese wouldn't stick to the chicken that good. And the recipe didn't call for any seasoning so I seasoned my chicken 1st. Also, it wasn't as crispy as I expected. But my family LOVED IT...ALL GONE.GREAT! I will be cooking this again.

I used Club crackers and it turned out wonderful. I would advise putting crackers in a food processor. And add parsley, cheese, and crumbs in one bowl. Save a step and a dish. ;-)

It was OK. The batter never got crispy, possibly because the tin foil trapped steam around the chicken. The cheese was a nice touch, and the sauce was excellent.

I made this tonight for dinner. I added an egg to the milk for a stickier base. I didn't have ritz crackers so I used crushed up plain cornflakes. I also added garlic powder in with the dry crumb mixture. It was delightfully good- will for sure make again!
