Very good! Mine came out similar to a coffee cake. It was a little too sweet for my husband, but reducing sugar to our taste should fix that. Definitely would make again. ~(o.o)~

filling too sweet and unnecessary. add cinnamon and sugar to the cake mix and skip the middle

This is THE best cake I've ever eaten! Whole family inhaled it. I was concerned because the batter was thick and I ended up mixing the batter and sugar/cinnamon mixture because batter was too thick to spread. But it was just fine. Very moist and delicious. I will be making this often.

I just made this today. It is a very wet cake. Nice and sweet. I didn't add as much icing as it asks for. I thought that would of made the cake soggy and to sweet. Great recipe. Will make it again. This time maybe add some bananas.

This was extremely easy to make and my son said it was the best cake he had ever eaten. I did not enjoy it as much. I wouldn't make it again for myself, but appears I will be making it again for the kiddos.

my husband is a honeybun fanatic and he loves to spread peanut butter on them. so I made this cake with peanut butter frosting and chopped candied peanuts. soooo delicious tasted just like a real honeybun

Made with a 15.25 oz box and wondering if that was a typo in the ingredients 'cause I couldn't find an 18.25 anywhere lol. It didn't really taste like a honeybun to us, but we still thought it was a fabulous cake with amazing flavor!

Just made this, it turned out great. Definitely hits the sugar high if you are looking for that. I'm going to try a different glaze next time to try and cut down on the pure sugar taste. my husband keeps going back for more so good sign. :ohyeaah
