The step is to cut your veggies into corse pieces. Put a little oil on them and salt and pepper ... mix by hand...then place around the rabbit.... and follow the rest of the recipe.... if you want you can put in the oven and bake.. put your gravy on. . Cover tight with foil and bake for about an hour at 350
