Mmmmm so good! I am not a fan of cool whip so I made whipped cream and used that instead (yes I can tell the difference lol). I also doubled the peanut butter because I couldn't taste it at all when I made the cream cheese mixture. The hubs and I both agreed it still seemed light on the peanut butter taste, so I think next time I will add even more. It can't hurt lol. Oh, I also made a dark chocolate ganache, poured all but a couple tablespoons into the pie shell and stuck it in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes. Used the remainder as drizzle. Oh boy! This pie will not last long! ~(o.o)~
