Colorful and fun. I doubled the garlic and lemon juice to suit my taste, then added the salt and cumin. Also, I found it blended better in my food processor than either of my blenders.

hummus as its supposed to be, great recipe, just make sure u add ENOUGH of cayenne pepper, thats the magic.and yeah, i used fresh spinach leaves :-)
