it was simple to make, I only modified the starch and the flour measurement, basically just switch the measures, turned out good and extremely delicious, I did marinated the shrimp beforehand in that sweet chili sauce and little bit of ginger powder with some tamari, both fry or pan fried(no flour , egg) are excellent with the sauce.
