Weird texture! Couldn't taste the Monster too much so I'm not sure whether something went wrong in the baking process.

made mini cup cakes with chocolate cake mix and fruit punch soda, used choc. frosting a a candy corn for top for a halloween theme...the kids loved them...it was fast and easy.

instead I used 16oz can of green monster energy drink with moist yellow box cake. the drink works but they don't get as fluffy as other cupcakes do. good idea. I will be using this more often.

I made yellow cake from scratch. The Monster gave it a nice tangy taste. I had some fun decorating them too with the buttercream frosting I made. Will make these again!

I used chocolate cake with a can of zero coke. Very tasty and really moist. Hubby and nephew scoffed down first and wanted more. :ohyeaah

it was yummy I used chocolate cake mix with a mocha monster and made a cake instead of cupcakes and added some chocolate vodka to the chocolate frosting :) pretty rich!
