Second time making this.. This time I added more bread (as I had loads to use up, and the mixture was a bit wet looking). It turned out great!

Yum. Just made this. I cheated a bit.. As I was making it, I saw I still had jars of mincemeat.. So I mixed that in instead of the separate spices and raising.. So it turned into a very simple recipe. I think the mincemeat added extra moisture so it turned out a bit moist, so had to cook for a bit longer.. But it tastes very good! I seem to have reinvented this bread pudding lol. Thanks for the recipe.
