haha never heard it called this before! My step mom calls them Armadillo eggs. anyways love this recipe and its great for a breakfast pot luck!

I made these last night and my mom that can't really eat these was scarfin em down! Very good and easy recipe and they heat well the next day if there are any left! ;)
