Very good, just made a couple of changes to better suit my palatte: replaced half of the ketchup with fresh tomato puree, cut back a bit on the brown sugar (can you tell I don't care much for sweet bbq sauces lol) and used chicken stock in place of the beer (mainly because I'd already drank the last one in the fridge before I'd decided to try the recipe out). Worked well with the pulled pork I made the next day.
