This is delicious. And, I also put more cheese on it like mozarella, but it taste super cheesy, not recommend too put so many cheese. But, sometimes more cheese will be great if you're a cheese lover.

I didn't use summer sausage. I used a smoked sausage with cheese & used a whole box of chicken broth & heavy cream. it made it creamy & good :-)

Had this for dinner tonight and it was great. Tripled the pasta and used bowtie pasta plus used Italian sausage instead of summer sausasge.

Just made this tonight! It was delicious! I used a whole box of pasta, added a can of water (used the broth can), and a bit more cream. Turned out perfect! :-)

I made this for the family tonight & we loved it! My changes were...smoked sausage, extra pasta, large can of rotel, Colby/Jack cheese, about 1/2 Cup sour cream stirred in at the end. We have a 2 year old so I wanted to mellow the rotel a little. At the table we topped it off with more cheese...I only used about 1 cup while cooking...and French fried onions for a little crunch! It was a hit! The little one loved it too!!! :)

I'm impressed, i didn't have any cream but i made a quick homemade batch, plus i used tomatoe paste to thicken it up and gave it a little more of a tomatoe taste, but very gd, well done!!!

this was a great quick meal! i only had 5% Cream on hand and it was fine! added a few chili peppers for some added heat! thanks for sharing!:-)

I reduced the cheese to 1 cup and substituted the cream with evaporated skim milk for a healthier version. Even my picky eater likes it.

OMG a winner! whole family loved, no chance to take a picture! lol. I used sweet Italian sausage, whole box rotini, plain tomato sauce& small can of paste, a little garlic powder and parmesan cheese, and 1 cup water in addition to the broth and cream. think since I didn't use the rotel it needs a little pinch of something, can't put my finger on it. I used mozzarella but might try the Monterey next time. all in all fabulous recipe. thanx, I am always looking for a new sausage recipe! ~(o.o)~ :excited

Very good. I was cautious with the cheese since I read a couple people say it was too cheesy. I made it for the holiday and everyone thought I bought it and just said I made it. Lol! It was easy too!
