I am so excited for this recipe. for over 2 years, I was in a cookie funk.... No matter what cookie I baked or how exact I was with the recipe, they always came out too dry or completely melted. I know this sounds silly, but this is the first recipe that went completely prefect. it tastes delicious and looks like an actual cookie! Thank you!

Turned out perfectly! They are delicious on their own but I made a peanut butter filling(peanut butter and powdered sugar) and a neutella filling(neutella, powdered sugar and a little milk). peanut butter cookie sandwiches!

Excellent! Much better than the standard peanut butter/sugar/egg recipes. I used about 1/4 less sugar cause i don't have much of a sweet tooth but would definitely make again!

I enjoyed making the cookies as it was my first time making peanut butter cookies. The hatches didn't come out as I liked, but at least I didn't burn them!
