I am going to try yours simetime this week, I just made your ravioli in wine sauce it was great.

I live about an hour from Louisville, used to have a restaurant here that served hot browns but they took it off the menu.

and it looks great!! We always have homemade or kettle chips with our hotbrowns. They stand up to the cheese sauce really well!

I can’t imagine taking it off a menu. If it’s on a menu where I’m eating, I’m ordering it. Love love it!!
