Great flavor but a little to spicy for my wimpy wife. Her favorite was the egg which I was surprised I also enjoyed. The broth was the best part! Warm and comforting with just enough heat. I will be making this one again. Thanks for sharing!

I took Mikes advice & made my broth with fresh bone marrow & used thick Asian Udon noodles instead of regular ones. Once again this soup turned out fantastic! Even better than my first attempt in fact! But it was much richer with the beefy marrow addition! The next time I make this I'll definitely do it with the marrow and Udon noodles again!

amazing! it made heaps but with Ø left overs! i can't believe how much my guys loved it! one piled his meat & noodles onto 2 slices of garlic bread & then dipped it in his hot broth. thx mike!

Holy crap this was GOOOOOD! Stuck with tradition and went out to buy a bunch check of styrofoam cups lol. Thanks for sharing this great recipe! I will definitely be making it again!
