This is the BEST meatloaf recipe ever!! I have made it for years. I do change it a little...I use 1/3 sirloin, 1/3 ground veal, 1/3 pork, also add green, red & yellow peppers (about 3/4 to a cup total). And the last 10 minutes of cooking cover the top with a1 sauce. YUM YUM!!
