My girlfriend wanted a sweet simple chicken salad... but all the the quantities and measurements leave me to believe its all equal parts is this the case, thanks?

I've tried to fix it but it is 1 celery stalk
If you use a whole cooked chicken use 3-4 or more Tbsp of mayo and 2 Tbsp of relish but make any adjustments to your taste :)
