These are great. I added a 1/4 cup of purple onion and I peeled my potatoes.

Been making these for awhile now but I add diced onion and little pepper and put it in the oven...goes great with meatloaf.

3 tablespoons of salt is too much. it was not palatable. but good recipe if u cut it to teaspoons for seasoning
