try with basil leaf in with the cheese, or mushrooms. I have tried this and got good feedback.

My husband loved it. I broiled it at the end to crisp up the bacon. turned out perfect. Will make it again.

I wonder if this would work breaded. Like bread the chicken fry it up a little to get it crisp then wrap the bacon and put it in the oven

Wrap in bacon and sear one side, briefly sear the other side, and finish in oven
