Just made this recipe. Interesting but not quite there. I’m wary of overly sweet desserts but if anything this suffers from the opposite problem and is nowhere near sweet enough. So unsweet it’s almost savoury. The addition of a light syrup and chopped pistachios might lift it. I did appreciate the inclusion of ground almonds and the easiness of the recipe.
