These ribs were so tender and fall off the bone. I cooked 1st hour @ power 6 and second hour @ power 8. Then I warmed the gas grill up to 300 (with wood chips for smokey flavor) put the ribs on the cooler side of the grill (on foil not in) with no direct heat slathered with BBQ sauce for 15 minutes each side. I was looking for a decent recipe for baby back ribs in a Nu Wave. Printed this recipe out and read it carefully. Balled it up and threw it in the trash. Unfortunately the person who wrote it does not know anything about a Nu Wave Oven. They have selections that you need to make. These selections are important one of the selections is temperature. When people publish recipes for these ovens they should have some knowledge about how they work.

if you dont like my recipe thats fine. to each his own but since you didnt even try it than your opinion doesnt really matter to me
