Why don't you list how much of the kroner spices to add ie sage etc

I have found that most people have their own preference for those particular spices. Even the novice tends to have strong thoughts on their like of sage, rosemary, etc. it's really about people's personal preference for taste. I encourage you to make it your own based upon the amount of flavor you prefer.
