Made a half batch for our knockwurst tonight. Reduced the wine just a touch and omitted the flour. Reduced quantity took about 30 mins to get tender. Tastes delicious on its own, and I’m looking forward to having it with the wurst! Thanks, sm!!! 😋😋😋
