There was far too many questions I had in this meal. I mean, do I cook chicken and bacon before putting it in the over at the end for 10 minutes. I mean I put the potatoes in the oven for an hour, and then put raw chicken and bacon on top, that doesn't seem too healthy. I love CBR anything, but this could be cleared up a bit more in the recipe. I don't want to read tthhe entire og just to get to the recipe. Thanks

The recipe says raw chicken, cubed, then baked at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Raw chicken scares me, so I will probably use leftover chicken or boil the chicken breast and cube it before adding it. I would assume since the recipe says crumbled bacon... it would need to be cooked first. Raw bacon can not be crumbled. ALSO.. more bacon in my opinion is always a good thing!

I have made this a few times because it doesn't last long in this house. I usually cook the bacon slightly in order to remove the grease otherwise it will be in the bottom of the dish. I have always cubed the raw chicken and left it in the marinade while the potatoes are roasting in the oven. Always turns out awesome....one of my favorite Facebook recipes...enjoy!!
