Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour.
  2. 1 tbspBaking Soda.
  3. 5Banana.
  4. 125 gramsUnsalted Butter.
  5. 2 cupBrown Sugar.
  6. 2Eggs.
  7. 1 tspSalt.

Cooking Instructions

    Wipe butter on the loaf pan.

    Mix the brown sugar & butter together.

  3. 3

    Break to 2 eggs into the mixture.

  4. 4

    Smash the bananas.

  5. 5

    Put in the smash bananas into the mixture & mix it together.

  6. 6

    Mix the baking powder with baking soda & salt.

  7. 7

    Pour the mixture into the baking powder & mix all together.

  8. 8

    Pour the mixture into the loaf pan & pre heat the oven at 177°C.

  9. 9

    Bake for 60min at 177°C.

  10. 10

    Use a chopstick or toothpick enter into the banana bread & it should came out clean. Let the bread rest for 10min at room temperature.
