Moist and flavorful didn't add the carrots and added a layer of swiss and mozzarella cheese in middle...thanks for sharing

#madethis It came out a little soggier than expected but it's still delicious. Added a simple chicken gravy to go along with it.

I used 2 identical pieces of Pyrex and parchment paper to compress the loaf.
