i have been making all manner of concoctions and been looking up bread flour recipes as have lots of it thanks to silly panic buy parents, whilst i can bake a lot of bread i was trying to find other things. if i were 2 take out the raisins and espresso powder would u suggest increasing flour or not? just thought its quite an amount of dried powder to just remove without replacing elsewhere? correct me if im wrong please these look yummy x

@cook_21729061 late response but if you're still here, you don't have to change anything if you want to remove the coffee and raisins, but I just leaving the coffee it's not a powder it's regular espresso coffee that was brewed and just a few tablespoons or so of that really sets that flavor you cannot tell there's coffee in it also it's not enough to make somebody react to the caffeine. But anyhow yeah it's just even regular coffee leftover doesn't matter just put a few tablespoons in or leave it out it doesn't matter same measurements will work
