I love this recipe, seems to have just the right balance of flavor and sugar. It has a very good consistency for cup cakes.

I used this recipe and made my granddaughter a frozen Birthday cake and sprinkled blue sprinkle on top it looked like ice and put Elsa and Anna on the cake i made it big enough for 48 people it was delicious 😋
