I also used brown rice, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, fresh garlic, & no hot seasoning--little ones eating! I forgot to precook peppers so I covered them before putting them in oven.

Third time cooking,I omit hot pepper and use sharp cheddar.wife loves it..
