Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 15 ozred kidney beans
  3. 15 ozwhite kidney beans
  4. 4stalks of chopped celery
  5. 1 cupchopped onion
  6. 1 cupcarrot sticks
  7. 1 cupfresh chopped parsley
  8. 48 ozchicken broth
  9. 1 tbspolive oil
  10. 12 ozshort macaroni noodles
  11. 32 oztraditional pasta sauce
  12. 24 ozcan diced tomatoes
  13. 1 tbspsalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Brown 1 pound of ground beef

    add onion and 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  3. 3

    add 1 cup of chopped fresh parsley

  4. 4

    add crushed pepper and salt

  5. 5

    add 48 ounces of chicken broth

  6. 6

    add two cans of kidney beans mixed colors

  7. 7

    add two cans of traditional pasta sauce

  8. 8

    add two cans of diced tomatoes

  9. 9

    add 2 cups of chopped celery

  10. 10

    add 1 cup of carrot sticks

  11. 11

    add Tabasco sauce to desired spice level

    boil macaroni pasta according to package directions (boiling noodles on the side helps keep the soup from thickening too much)

    add cooked pasta to the completed soup and serve
