I was looking for different ways to use oat bran. I was a little skeptical, but it turned out really well. I made a few minor substitutions. I don’t use splenda or self rising flour, so I used a little honey and regular flour. I also left out the vanilla. Mixed and cooked in the same bowl for convenience to make one larger bread instead of two smaller ones. Added about 30 seconds to the microwave time. Probably didn’t need quite that much time. Turned out like an english muffin.
