not to worry let me explain 😁, that’s steam baking. So that the bread has a moist and hot environment at the beginning of baking. While preheating the oven, you need to pour water in the oven baking pan and cover the oven to preheat. Then when the oven has reach the baking temperature set, place your bread in the oven for the first 25minutes and then remove the hot baking pan of water from the oven and continue baking as normal. This method makes the crust of the bread tender and soft and not hard

shoprite sells bread flour. For cake flour substitute, measure 1 cup of all purpose flour and remove 2 tablespoons from it and replace the 2 removed tablespoon with 2 tablespoons of corn starch and sieve twice

😁 the most accurate recipe measurements you would get are those in grams and not in cups. You need a small scale o 😁.
