Dear Brian, I am Owen from Cookpad. I heard from Joyce that the baking session in Mombasa was successful. On behalf of cookpad Kenya team, I sincerely appreciated your effort on joining the baking event there. Also, we are thankful of your posting more and more quality baking recipes, which I am sure that our community will highly appreciate.Also, after the healthy baking contests which will be over in 1 day, we would like to have one more recipe contest around baking theme. I would appreciate it if you could tell us what kind of baking theme (e.g. sponge cake, baking for kids, cookie, bread, etc…) you and your friends would be most interested at.Thanks again for your continued support on cookpad Kenya. baking with chocolate- there so many ways to use chocolate in day to day baking,
one bowl baking - what do you throw in a bowl,mix and bake(simplest recipes)
baking muffins - a versatile product muffins are silly,soft and melt in your mouth, what recipe trumps them all

Hi Brian, Thanks so much for your suggestion and for joining our baking event in Nairobi as well. and very sorry that we decided the topic of the baking recipe contest to be "baking for kids" as many baking authors suggest going for it because I believe that our most of the baking authors are mothers and dads who often share the baking food with their kids. I hope you can continue to share your inspirational recipes on cookpad.
