It seems to me, like you put the meatloaf ingredients in as the singleserve, serves two. And then double the sauce recipe. Because that makes a lot of sauce just for one little meatloaf. With that much, it seems like there would be enough for a couple of batches. I love the recipe, and just was curious and wanted a clarification. A quart of catch-up seems like a lot. And I would double the recipe, as it's a hit with my family. Again, and just to be very very clear, this is not a criticism. I am just looking for clarification. Thank you!
