- 500 gmsFish pieces
1 tbspLemon juice -
- 5 - 6Curry leaves
1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
1/2 tspRoasted whole red chilli powder -
1/2 tspRoasted coriander powder -
2Green chilli cut in slit -
1 tbspGinger garlic paste -
to tasteSalt -
as neededOil - for frying

Marinate fish with turmeric powder,roasted coriander powder,roasted whole red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice and salt.

Rest for half an hour.

Heat oil in a non stick pan.

Shallow fry the fish pieces.
