Can you substitute coconut flour for other flour or 1/2 & 1/2? I have tapioca flour/ starch' why woukd I need potatoe starch also? Looking for an easy tasty gluten free bread flour recipe to use in my bread machine? Haven't been gluten free very long! Having trouble finding this recipe- Can you help ne out?

I personally would not because coconut flour does not expand as much with moisture as rice flour and if ypu have tapioca starch yes you can use it instead of potato starch
