Did you try omitting the wheat flour and using only coconut and almond flour? I'm going to try your recipe with those after huge success with brownies using similar methods cooking cocoa in milk then adding eggs.

Mmm, that sounds amazing. Keep me posted. My GF has Celiac so making these work gluten free would be a win

I've just posted my brownies recipe WITHOUT flour. So good my care asst took home the recipe after her daughters tried what was left in the pan. I didn't have an 8x8 one so used a loaf pan. The bottom half stuck to the pan. The top half with the dk choc chips I gave to the front ofc at my apt bldg for moms paying the rent.

Zachary Welch: I just posted my recipe for Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies. NO flour, one egg white and you can add whatever kind of baking sweetener you choose for you and your gf's health needs. I can tolerate any kind of sugar but that's just me. I hope it works for you guys. it's a quick recipe from start to finish.
