Just wondering why it only takes 3 days to ferment and what the alcohol content is?

@cook_21890044 3 days are more than enough, it also ferment further in the bottles.

how long do I boil the solution for?

@cook_22100580 my guess 1 hour, is more to get the flavour out from the pineapple or ginger
