Like I said tho', the recipe is basically a deconstructed cheese & pickle sandwich with a pint. How huge u make it with extras is up to you 😼

I love mature cheddar too! I've never heard of Wedsleydale, but apricot cheese sounds super good.

Wensleydale's a crumbly cheese like feta, but it's like a medium cheddar in strength, but creamier tasting than Cheddar.
