Mix sprouts kebabs is a fantastic recipe , I like it's cooking process with minimum oil . Thankyou so much Renu for this awesome , tasty and healthy recipe . Instead of boiled potato I have used here roasted sweet potato . I had made this on my birthday get together , everybody liked it .

Thank you for your recipe.I prepared this kebab for lunch today.My husband is a vegan and he loves veg kebabs. So this innovative preparation of kebab is very much appropriate for him and he loved it.I have added hung curd to make it softer and red chilli powder to make it more spicy. And I have fried it on a grill pan.
