Hi. I tried this recipe but I must've done something wrong because the "ice cream" was dry and not creamy at all...
I was so happy to find a recipe that wasn't using condensed milk so I could use erythritol instead of sugar but I didn't get the same result as the 3 ingredients ice cream recipes...
Any idea what could have happened ?
( was thinking that maybe I was supposed to use 2 egg whites instead of the yolks? )

the recipe uses a custard mixture instead of condensed milk so maybe you made the custard wrong.to make a custard you always use yolks
