I was Looking for shrimp paste (Terasi) and all they had was the powder form. How much water should I use in order to make a paste? How is it equivalent to a teaspoon?

Yes. Terasi is in powder form. I don’t know why people call it Shrimp Paste instead of Shrimp Powder. You don’t need to mix it with any water at all. We usually fry it without oil before we use it for cooking but the smell would be very annoying for some people. So try to buy the fried one in the store. Hope this helps you. Happy cooking 🥘! 😊😘
