Yes! This is it! I added too much salt (pink) the last time, which is easy to do! I'm making a double batch, right now, to have with my steak! I have a cool trick for the olive oil. I roast a peeled bulb of garlic , then put it in a jar and top off with the oil. You'll have garlic infused olive oil anytime! Make sure to keep it refrigerated, though. It lasts a long, long time!
