I've tried making Pad Thai a couple times but the noodles always seem to come out soft and goopy :( Your recipe sounds a lot simpler than the ones I tried before. Will try!

Felice, mine wasn't great either. I think the noodle should be drained completely and not stirring much then it would be less soft. Try it and let me know if that works? Thanks. I will also try again next time.

Yeah, the noodles seem to be the trickiest part! The other recipes I've looked at always mention something about not letting the noodles get too soft because they will also cook in the pan :/ Anyway, I'll let you know how your recipe goes!
