its all done stove top in the one skillet. The times in the steps will cook the chicken through and it will stay juicy

A good dry sherry can be subsituted, the flavor will be a bit different. Don't use a cooking sherry or sweet sherry they are to harsh.

It was very good. Used a cheddar cheese, and was hard to fully wrap so wrapped it in tinfoil. Came out moist and perfect over rice!

If you have trouble wrapping delicate meats or seafood try just folding over to enclose and press. I'm sorry you had some problems
