Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida/all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoonsuji /semolina
  • 1 teaspoonoil
  • as neededWater
  • For masala
  • 2 tablespoonBesan/gram flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • For filling
  • 3boiled aloo small cut
  • 3 teaspoonboiled sprouts moth
  • 1 tablespoonboil kabuli chana
  • 2 dhokla
  • as neededGreen chutney
  • as neededMithi chutney
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 1 cupdahi strain/ hung curd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupsev

Steps

  1. 1

    Fir dough mix all ingredients in soft dough.1/2 an hour rest,then 15 equal portion divide in ball.

  2. 2

    Besan red chilli salt oil mix and strain.one by one ball take a masala filling stuff each ball roll out. medium hot oil one by one kachori fry in golden brown in colour.

  3. 3

    For filling aloo chana dhokla moth mix in a bowl one kachori hole in center fill masala dahi green chutney mithi chutney sev. coriander leaves.to serve immediately.
