Wonderful, simple recipe. I mixed the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in another, then combined them and baked in a 13" x 9" pan. It was done after only 45 minutes, but that may be my oven. Very moist and flavorful even the second day. May try with frosting for a birthday.
