In a bowl add flour, salt and water to make manda

Knead for 5 min until it form a dough not too soft

Make small balls

Use a Rolling pin to flatten the balls into small round shape

Apply oil in each round and spread

Place the rounds together do not apply oil on the top round

Use your rolling pin to flatten the Manda into big round

Cut them with knife and cook them in low heat for 2 min

Remove one by one and place them in your tray for filling

Boil potatoes with salt until they are well cooked

Boil peas until they are well cooked

Fry onion put boiled potatoes, peas, tumeric powder, lemon juice, curry powder and chilli powder and mix for 3 min..

The filling is ready

In a bowl add flour and water to make glue

Fill your samosa with the veg and apply it with the glue

Take a pot in a medium heat and fry your samosa

Samosa are ready can be served with mango shake and chutney
