I finally found 'Nigella Seeds' and I cooked this dish today. But... Philip, how much should I add? I added 1 teaspoon. And should I add Salt at all? I did add Salt anyway.My daughter said, 'I wish if I had mango chutney with this dish.' She is good, isn't she? We didn't have any chutney as I have never bought or cooked chutney before. Chutney is a new thing to me. So is 'Nigella Seeds'.It was delicious and something different. Philip, thank you for opening a door for me to a new flavour. Now I have to use a bagful of 'Nigella Seeds'. 😀
