Wow, I miss uji kali as we used to call it when young. Now Tell me, you store that uji for one week kwa mtungi nje tu, si itakuwa busaa?😏😏😏 Ama you can refrigerate it?Thanks in advance.

Hi.. Val,i ferment my uji within 2days in that duration its when i put it outside so that it can ferment, then cook it & store in a mtungi in a span of 4 to 5 days & if the uji is becoming more fermented in between those days i refrigerate the remaining one. I just put in 2litre bottles
