Hi..nice recipe👌😋..one question..is calcium lactate easily available??..and purpose of using it to curdled milk..why not lime juice or vinegar?

Calcium lactate makes it a lil firm and helps to bind it into a Sandesh. It is easily available in any grocery store. If not available, use lime juice and microwave for 1 minute.
